It is commonly called "Ko Klang" by the locals. It is located in the city center behind the City Hall. The area is about 112,000 square meters. It is used to be Execution place.It is now a public health park. In front of the park, there is Phra Phuttha Angkeerod tower, a Thai-style building. There is Phra Phuttha Angkeerod, Buddha statue inside.

         In the middle of the Rayong River, two kilometres south of downtown near the mouth of the river, is located a pagoda on an island. This pagoda erected on an islet was built in 1873. It is a landmark for the crew to indicate that they are reaching Rayong province. On the fullmoon day of the twelfth lunar month, a celebration will be held to change the robe covering the pagoda. Boat races and the Loi Krathong Festival will be celebrated here. Location: Samut Kongka Road, Tambon Tha Pradu, Amphoe Mueang, Rayong. It  is about 2 kilometer toward south from Amphoe Mueang, near the Rayong River mouth
